Query warehouse and BI data for pipeline and attribution reporting, ensure privacy compliance, document systems, and train users. The role partners closely with sales, marketing, and account teams in a B2B SaaS environment.

Work directly with the CEO to convert company vision into executable plans, establish owners and deadlines, run the operating rhythm, lead high-impact cross-functional projects, stand up new functions, remove blockers, and protect founder focus. The role requires strong prioritization, clear communication, rapid execution, sound judgment, and ownership in a fast-growing venture-backed company.

Own backend-heavy full-stack product surfaces from architecture through production operations. Responsibilities include building AI-powered answer experiences, identity and billing systems, public APIs, integrations, and workflow tools. The role requires partnering with product, making technical trade-offs, operating services, monitoring performance, responding to incidents, and continuously improving systems used by tax and law firms.
