Lead Nylas’s go-to-market strategy and directly oversee Sales and Marketing. Build a repeatable enterprise GTM engine by defining ICP, segmentation, positioning, channels, pricing, packaging, sales processes, and marketing priorities. Improve pipeline quality, conversion, productivity, forecasting, and revenue execution while aligning Product, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships. Translate technical API products into compelling customer value, coach senior leaders, and present GTM strategy and performance to executives and the Board.

The Product Manager will define and execute on the product portfolio, collaborate on go-to-market strategies, and understand developer needs, particularly in AI applications.

Build and modernize the Nylas Dashboard and related full‑stack product surfaces. Own frontend shell, shared components, backend APIs, data models, permissions, and integrations. Implement AI-native and agent-facing experiences, optimize performance, improve onboarding and observability, and create reusable platform patterns while partnering with product, design, backend, and customer-facing teams.
