Lead the team that builds and operates NYISO's shared cloud platform (Kubernetes/EKS, AWS IaC, CI/CD). Own SRE practice, 24x7 production accountability, incident response, roadmap, budgeting, vendor management, security/compliance, cost optimization, and enablement for application teams to deploy and operate services securely and reliably.

Lead a team building and supporting enterprise reporting, BI, dashboards, and data integrations. Manage SDLC, production support, incident response, vendor relationships, roadmaps, budgets, compliance, and continuous improvement to deliver reliable analytics for operational and regulatory needs.

The Settlements Analyst conducts process analyses, supports settlement rules development, validates settlement results, and provides training and reports.
