Manage Division 10 specialty construction projects, including planning, scheduling, purchasing, vendor coordination, submittals, change orders, and close-out. Ensure projects meet schedules, budgets, contract specifications, quality standards, and customer expectations. Review architectural plans and specifications, coordinate with internal departments, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Coordinate procurement for multiple commercial construction projects, including millwork, laboratory equipment, materials, and specialty services. Manage submittals, scopes of work, vendor relationships, supplier qualification, purchasing documentation, delivery schedules, and budget alignment. Analyze plans and specifications, negotiate with vendors, resolve procurement challenges, and collaborate with project management, engineering, estimating, and operations teams.

Create Revit models and shop drawings from architectural and MEP drawings for laboratory casework, countertops, and related construction scopes. Produce bills of materials, manage project information and documentation, resolve design questions, and coordinate with project teams. The role requires accurate, timely drafting, independent time management in a remote environment, problem-solving, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Create and manage Revit-based shop drawings for laboratory casework, countertops, and related construction scopes. Interpret architectural and MEP drawings, produce bills of materials, maintain project documentation, coordinate with project teams, resolve design issues, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
