Provide sales support by managing client relationships, preparing meeting materials and sales orders, conducting market research and competitor analysis, coordinating market planning and showroom logistics, tracking samples, and responding to customer inquiries to ensure organized, accurate sales operations.

Lead day-to-day ecommerce operations and growth for the brand: manage assortment, pricing, promotions, digital marketing (email, social, SEO), analytics, vendor relationships, budgets, and a small ecommerce team to optimize site performance and drive online revenue.

Supports the wholesale sales team through client relationship management, meeting preparation, presentation creation, order processing, market research, appointment scheduling, showroom setup, and sample tracking. Responds to customer inquiries, maintains organized seasonal showroom displays, and coordinates logistics. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, retail math knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
