Lead design vision and seasonal strategies for Derek Lam 10 Crosby; oversee product development, tech packs, samples, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration; mentor design teams and represent design in senior leadership to deliver commercially successful womenswear collections.

Design and develop sweater collections from concept through production, creating technical sketches and specs, researching trends, collaborating with product, marketing, and production teams, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring garment quality and construction standards.

Execute day-to-day social media posting, influencer seeding, event logistics, and PR agency coordination to translate brand campaigns into consistent content and activations. Manage content calendars, community engagement, gifting/press logistics, on-site event execution, and cross-functional alignment with Creative and Ecommerce for DTC growth and earned media amplification.
