Lead technical design for contemporary/premium women's apparel, creating tech packs, conducting fittings, evaluating samples for fit and construction, communicating specs to factories, maintaining fit logs and product library, and coordinating with Design, Production, Sales, and cross-functional teams through development to production.

Lead day-to-day ecommerce operations and growth for the brand: manage assortment, pricing, promotions, digital marketing (email, social, SEO), analytics, vendor relationships, budgets, and a small ecommerce team to optimize site performance and drive online revenue.
