Teams at NY Kids Club

Coordinates the family experience at a preschool and enrichment center, including front-desk hospitality, prospective-family tours, enrollment sales, paperwork, communications, daily operations, outreach, events, inventory, and compliance. The role builds relationships with families, supports enrollment initiatives, manages follow-ups and CRM data, addresses parent concerns, and helps ensure a welcoming, safe, and well-organized center environment.
