Leads multi-site operations across preschool and enrichment locations, driving standardized processes, operational excellence, compliance, safety, family experience, financial performance, technology systems, and continuous improvement. Oversees school performance, facilities partnerships, crisis planning, strategic initiatives, new openings and acquisitions, while building high-performing teams and translating executive strategy into scalable execution.

Own enrollment growth and revenue performance across multiple early childhood education locations. Build scalable revenue strategies, CRM systems, enrollment funnels, forecasting, pricing and profitability models, and board-ready reporting. Partner cross-functionally with Education, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to improve conversion, retention, re-enrollment, and student lifetime value while aligning growth with program quality and capacity.

Serve as the front-desk brand ambassador, guide families through enrollment, manage contracts and onboarding, support daily center operations, maintain compliance documentation, handle communications, and assist the Head of School with administrative and operational tasks to ensure a welcoming, well-run preschool environment.
