Coordinates full-cycle recruiting, candidate communication, interview scheduling, onboarding, and new-hire training across multiple preschool locations. Maintains candidate pipelines, tracks hiring and training progress, prepares onboarding materials, supports orientations and compliance training, and partners with hiring managers, school leaders, and HR. The role also attends recruiting events, provides in-person support across New York City campuses, and helps improve recruiting and onboarding workflows.

Leads operational excellence across 12 preschool campuses, partnering with school leaders and central teams to improve execution, education quality, enrollment, staffing, safety, compliance, family experience, and performance. Builds operating systems, standards, accountability, training, feedback practices, and communication processes. Coaches Heads of School, anticipates operational needs, uses data to drive improvement, and supports initiatives including school openings, acquisitions, and program launches.

Coordinates the family experience at a preschool and enrichment center, including front-desk hospitality, prospective-family tours, enrollment sales, paperwork, communications, daily operations, outreach, events, inventory, and compliance. The role builds relationships with families, supports enrollment initiatives, manages follow-ups and CRM data, addresses parent concerns, and helps ensure a welcoming, safe, and well-organized center environment.
