Provide Oracle Applications DBA support for on-premise and cloud EBS environments including security, DR/standby database management, performance tuning, Oracle OAS administration, data masking/subsetting, auditing, STIG/ACAS remediation, My Oracle Support escalation, change management, and producing certification artifacts for ATO/POA&M. Collaborate with technical and functional teams and follow established policies and approval processes.

Analyze operational and system processes to elicit, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Provide DevOps leadership for a federal ERP-CS program: lead cross-functional teams, maintain and support servers and applications, perform backup/recovery, automation, CI/CD pipelines, containers and serverless development, and administer environments. Use Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, Kong and scripting to resolve complex issues and ensure SLA compliance while working in Agile teams.

Front-desk administrative role delivering patient-facing customer service: answer high-volume calls, schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance, document interactions in EMR, handle confidential medical records, and collaborate with clinical staff.

Customize and develop Oracle Financial and Supply Chain (EBS R12) functionality. Create technical designs, develop PL/SQL and Java components, run component tests, debug issues, support testing, follow Agile methodology, and collaborate with client teams to deliver quality Oracle application solutions on schedule.
