Teams at NVISION Centers

Serves as the first point of contact for patients in a busy ophthalmology center. Manages calls, appointments, patient records, authorizations, insurance information, paperwork, and correspondence. Greets and guides patients through consultations, prepares charts, supports timely patient flow, investigates billing issues, audits invoices, and works to resolve customer concerns while providing an exceptional patient experience.

Provides perioperative nursing care, patient surveillance, surgical preparation and recovery, sterile technique, documentation, safety checks, equipment setup, and operating-room coordination. Supports surgeons, anesthesiologists, scrub technicians, preoperative nurses, and PACU staff while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and proper room turnover. The role also monitors supplies, completes required forms and logs, and assists with emergency recognition and treatment of postoperative complications.
