Identify opportunities via process analysis and Value Stream Mapping, implement and standardize Lean tools, track KPIs, deliver measurable savings, support cross-functional problem-solving, and train/coaching employees to sustain improvements.

Support the EMEA Integrated Marketing team by creating and adapting content for digital and print channels, assisting campaign execution and asset management, supporting localization and basic marketing analytics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams while gaining hands-on B2B marketing experience.
