Own electrical design documentation accuracy, schematic and print reviews, EBOM releases, and NEC compliance across multiple projects. The Accounting Manager oversees month-end close, intercompany accounting, complex accounting areas, financial reporting, budgeting, audits, SOX compliance, and internal controls across multiple corporate entities. The role partners with FP&A and global accounting teams, manages specialized entities, drives automation and process improvements, and leads, coaches, and develops accounting staff while ensuring accurate and compliant financial results.

Analyze and improve existing product designs for performance, manufacturability, and cost. Provide technical support for production issues, field failures, and customer escalations; conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions; maintain engineering documentation; support regulatory compliance and third-party testing; and validate design changes using CAD, DFMEA, CFD, and FEA. Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D teams to drive continuous improvement.
