Leads manufacturing employees and oversees daily production activities, staffing, labor allocation, performance management, payroll submission, safety, and production commitments. Drives improvements in capacity, throughput, efficiency, and operational performance while supporting new process and product implementation. Requires manufacturing leadership experience, blueprint interpretation, ERP and reporting tool familiarity, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Serves as the primary HR contact for employees and leaders, advising on policies, employee relations, investigations, performance management, attendance, and workplace concerns. Supports workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, hiring and termination processes, employee engagement, retention, training, and culture initiatives. Leads HR harmonization following an acquisition and partners with HR teams and plant leadership to implement consistent programs and practices.

The EHS Specialist drives workplace safety and environmental initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include coaching employees and leaders, managing incident reporting and investigations, conducting root cause analyses, implementing corrective actions, tracking performance goals, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating Lean and Six Sigma improvement events.
