The EHS Specialist drives workplace safety and environmental initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include coaching employees and leaders, managing incident reporting and investigations, conducting root cause analyses, implementing corrective actions, tracking performance goals, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating Lean and Six Sigma improvement events.

Manage quote-to-cash activities, including quotations, customer orders, pricing, returns, discrepancies, backorders, and delivery inquiries. Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Logistics, Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Product Management to resolve customer issues. Respond to phone and email inquiries using Salesforce CRM, monitor KPIs, conduct root cause analysis, and improve customer service procedures.

Leads Lean and continuous improvement initiatives at a new manufacturing facility. Facilitates Kaizen events, identifies process waste, improves material flow and production efficiency, develops standard work and visual management, and coaches frontline teams on Lean practices. The role tracks measurable outcomes including cost savings, inventory accuracy, productivity, cycle time, and throughput improvements while partnering with operations, logistics, and materials teams.
