Handle inbound customer inquiries, process sales orders and maintain CRM/ERP records. Support outside sales, coordinate with production/engineering/shipping, assist customers with product selection and lead times, and meet sales/service goals.

Support recruiters across Europe by coordinating interview logistics, managing candidate progression in Workday ATS, facilitating pre-employment steps, arranging candidate travel and expense reimbursements, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to recruitment initiatives and reporting.

Supervise production planning: create daily schedules, coordinate with Sales/Operations/Logistics, resolve capacity issues, manage nonstandard orders, plan parts (PFEP), control inventory levels, and identify/dispose excess or obsolete stock.
