Supervise daily operations of an engineering test lab, leading test technicians and coordinating assignments, equipment, instrumentation, and resources. Support prototype, validation, verification, agency, and performance testing with engineering teams. Resolve test setup and equipment issues, monitor workflow, train technicians, maintain equipment readiness, and improve lab utilization and throughput. The role requires on-site work five days per week and hands-on support for electro-mechanical testing activities.

Leads strategic and operational sourcing for electronics commodities, including connectors, PCBs, PCBAs, and active and passive components. Develops regional category strategies, evaluates and develops suppliers, negotiates contracts and pricing, manages supply risks, and drives cost reduction. Partners with Engineering, Operations, and global sourcing teams on technical decisions and international procurement initiatives. Supports supplier audits and requires fluent English and Romanian, ERP knowledge, and approximately 20% travel.

Optimize and automate stainless-steel tube and manifold manufacturing processes for liquid cooling products. Responsibilities include improving layouts, material flow, line balancing, orbital welding, fixture design, lean process improvement, manufacturability analysis, capital equipment integration, PFMEA, and compliance with safety and quality requirements. The role collaborates with operators, product development teams, project teams, and suppliers, and is fully onsite in Anoka, Minnesota.
