Coordinates experiential event projects from planning through execution, maintaining schedules, status reports, action items, meeting documentation, vendor communications, expenses, travel, and project logistics. Supports client account management through document organization, deck updates, proofreading, case studies, workshops, and office coordination. Requires event production experience, strong organization and communication, onsite event capability, client-facing agency experience, and availability for occasional evenings and weekends.

Leads production strategy and delivery across complex experiential and event programs, including multi-million-dollar client portfolios, tentpole experiences, field marketing activations, and multi-market roadmaps. Owns client relationships, budgets, forecasting, staffing, vendors, production standards, and operational improvements. Manages and develops executive producers and production leads while ensuring quality, profitability, scope control, and successful execution across concurrent programs.

Lead experiential and spatial design projects from concept through execution, creating mood boards, floor plans, 3D models, renderings, and technical layouts. Present concepts to clients, collaborate with creative and production teams, oversee design implementation, quality-control shop drawings and fabrication, participate in installations, mentor junior designers, and explore emerging technologies including AI-supported workflows.
