Paid, remote fall internship supporting new business and business development at a brand experience agency. Responsibilities include researching brands, markets, competitors, and prospects; supporting pitch decks, RFPs, capabilities meetings, and project briefs; documenting meetings; organizing materials; quality-checking presentations; and assisting with live brand experience projects. The intern will develop practical skills in research, insights, sales strategy, communications, and agency operations.

Leads strategic client accounts and integrated experiential programs, overseeing client relationships, account growth, revenue, profitability, forecasting, and financial stewardship. Directs cross-functional teams across Account, Production, Strategy, Creative, and Content; mentors account leaders; manages large-scale programs and retainers; supports RFPs and new business; and provides senior strategic counsel to clients while ensuring operational excellence and measurable business impact.

Leads visual design for brand experiences and campaigns, developing visual systems and assets from concept through execution across physical and digital touchpoints. Presents work to clients, collaborates with creative and production teams, oversees print and installation quality, mentors junior designers, and explores emerging technologies including AI-supported workflows. The role may independently lead smaller projects and requires participation in onsite installations and travel to project locations.
