Lead Agile delivery and business analysis for federal IT initiatives: gather and refine requirements, build automated workflows and integrations, support full application lifecycle, manage backlogs, SLAs, compliance reporting, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.

Lead requirements gathering, translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, support platform configuration, conduct gap analyses, facilitate solution design, UAT, and Agile ceremonies, and ensure alignment with federal IT compliance.

Lead design, implementation, and operational support of secure, scalable integrations and APIs across cloud and hybrid environments. Drive event-driven architectures, payment-processing continuity, observability, CI/CD support, and production troubleshooting. Serve as technical lead for Agile integration pods, coordinate with stakeholders, document patterns, and ensure resiliency and compliance for mission-critical enterprise integration workflows.
