Design, configure, develop, test, and administer ServiceNow EAM, HAM, and SAM solutions, including asset workflows, stockrooms, NSN/FLIS data staging, reporting, and EDW integration. Lead architecture, testing, training, cutover, operational handoff, stakeholder presentations, and knowledge sharing while ensuring security, compliance, and platform best practices.

Lead ServiceNow consultant responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, testing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. The role leads Agile implementation teams, builds workflows and service requests, develops integrations and dashboards, participates in architecture and proof-of-concept work, conducts code reviews, presents to clients, and promotes platform best practices. Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and extensive ServiceNow implementation experience are required.
