Manage the full lifecycle of federal government proposals, including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, sources sought notices, and task orders. Responsibilities include analyzing solicitation requirements, maintaining compliance matrices, coordinating color team reviews, guiding proposal writers and subject matter experts, managing timelines and deliverables, supporting solution reviews, coordinating meetings, and maintaining proposal resources. The role requires knowledge of federal procurement and FAR processes, strong writing and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Leads enterprise application development, sustainment, modernization, integration, testing, deployment, and production support. Designs and develops applications using Microsoft .NET, C#, SQL Server, web technologies, APIs, and low-code platforms. Supports cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management while providing technical leadership, mentorship, documentation, and training. The role is onsite five days per week in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, and requires eligibility for or maintenance of a Secret clearance.

Develops, edits, formats, and maintains technical documentation for federal government clients. Translates complex technical and program information into clear reports, manuals, procedures, presentations, and instructional materials. Creates visual content, collaborates with subject matter experts and program leaders, manages document templates and version control, and ensures deliverables meet government and organizational standards. Requires strong writing, editing, organization, Microsoft Office proficiency, federal government experience, and eligibility for a Public Trust Clearance.
