Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, build long-term relationships, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction and retention. Identify upselling, cross-selling, and product adoption opportunities while monitoring client performance and risks. Collaborate with internal teams, engage client stakeholders, support business growth, and achieve revenue and customer satisfaction objectives.

Leads Nuvei’s global brand and communications strategy, corporate narrative, media relations, crisis communications, executive thought leadership, social media, employer branding, and internal communications. Partners with the CEO, CMO, and leadership team to strengthen market positioning and visibility across fintech and payments. Manages communications professionals, oversees media training and storytelling, develops performance metrics, and ensures consistent messaging across stakeholders and channels.

Own end-to-end recruitment across EMEA and APAC, including sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, interviewing, stakeholder partnership, offer negotiation, and candidate experience. Build talent pipelines, maintain accurate ATS records in Workable, and collaborate with global talent acquisition teams to ensure consistent recruiting practices. The role requires strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, with experience in fast-paced, high-volume, payments, or fintech environments preferred.
