Own end-to-end recruitment across EMEA and APAC, including sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, interviewing, stakeholder partnership, offer negotiation, and candidate experience. Build talent pipelines, maintain accurate ATS records in Workable, and collaborate with global talent acquisition teams to ensure consistent recruiting practices. The role requires strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, with experience in fast-paced, high-volume, payments, or fintech environments preferred.

Leads enterprise software platform architecture, solution design, technology evaluation, and implementation for large-scale payment systems. Facilitates requirements and cross-functional consensus, defines scalable cloud and API architectures, manages risks and standards, and ensures compliance, security, and alignment with enterprise strategy. Requires extensive payments-industry architecture experience across gateway, acquiring, settlement, payouts, fraud, and servicing, plus expertise in multi-cloud integration, API gateways, architecture documentation, and Apache Kafka event-driven systems.

Leads the development of Nuvei’s central customer journey and process design capability. Responsibilities include creating process architecture and documentation standards, implementing modeling tools and governance, facilitating cross-functional workshops, analyzing process improvements, coaching business champions, identifying automation and AI opportunities, establishing ownership models, reporting on roadmaps and risks, and eventually managing a small team.
