Lead development, implementation and monitoring of QA/QC, HACCP and Food Safety/Food Defence programs; maintain certifications and QMS; manage QA staff and labs; run audits, complaints handling, root cause analyses and continuous improvement; liaise with production, supply chain, sales and R&D to ensure product and process compliance.

Leads projects from preparation and planning through execution, monitoring, reporting, and closure. Defines scope, budgets, timelines, governance, risks, quality standards, resources, and deliverables. Coordinates internal and external stakeholders, manages project teams, provides status updates, drives corrective actions, secures approvals, and ensures successful transition of project outcomes to the business. Also coaches project personnel and supports knowledge development.

Partner with hiring managers and HR to deliver full-cycle recruitment across assigned business areas. Lead workforce planning, sourcing, interview coordination, selection and offers, using data and relationship management to keep hiring moving while ensuring inclusive, compliant candidate experiences.
