Manage and grow the feed additives portfolio by combining technical expertise and commercial strategy. Provide technical support, run and evaluate trials, develop marketing plans and materials, monitor product performance and market trends, support launches, and handle product quality and customer complaints.

Perform manual, repetitive production tasks and operate basic machinery under close supervision. Conduct basic material checks, maintain cleanliness and housekeeping, follow instructions, report deviations and hazards, and comply with safety and technical standards to support the production process.
