Coordinates daily transport activities, fleet and third-party logistics providers, customer and collection orders, delivery schedules, documentation, and ETA updates. Supports inbound logistics involving HGV drivers, vehicle documentation, weighments, and site traffic flow. Investigates delivery issues and complaints, coordinates corrective actions, maintains CRM records, and provides cross-functional operational support. Requires strong organization, communication, IT skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and ideally 2–3 years of transport, logistics, or supply chain experience.

Provides local support for business and Nutreco applications, assists with technical issue analysis and resolution, and performs other IT tasks. The role handles incidents and problems, develops workarounds, and supports continuous improvement of internal and external customer support. It contributes to execution of the Business IT strategy under the guidance of a Business IT Specialist or Manager.
