The National GRIP Programme Manager will oversee the delivery of a national initiative, manage activities, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of the programme.

Manage operational integrity of three grant streams (De-GAP, Central GAP, TDA): track budgets, claims, procurement, milestones and reporting; lead weekly operating cadence; maintain dashboards; manage audits; map and translate manual workflows into requirements for an AI-driven grant management solution; support new programme reviews for compliance and financial sustainability; coordinate across PIs, finance, procurement and vendors.

Represent NUS Enterprise within a regional Global Node to build ecosystem relationships, gather market intelligence in biotech and healthcare, surface commercial opportunities, facilitate high-value introductions, and share insights across the global network to support translational research, venture creation, licensing, and portfolio decisions.
