Teams at NUS Enterprise

Manage operational integrity of three grant streams (De-GAP, Central GAP, TDA): track budgets, claims, procurement, milestones and reporting; lead weekly operating cadence; maintain dashboards; manage audits; map and translate manual workflows into requirements for an AI-driven grant management solution; support new programme reviews for compliance and financial sustainability; coordinate across PIs, finance, procurement and vendors.

Provide front-desk and office administration for BLOCK71 centres, including reception, mail/delivery handling, event setup, vendor and facilities coordination, procurement and inventory restocking, invoice processing with finance, document and database management, and onboarding support for startups. Primarily on-site, Monday–Friday daytime hours.

Guide and mentor deep-tech startup teams from concept to launch, scout and source university technologies, align research with market needs, support fundraising, hiring and partnerships, and collaborate with NUS Enterprise to scale ventures.
