The Execution Associate tackles ambiguous, high-priority problems across technology, markets, startups, research, partnerships, and venture creation. Responsibilities include rapid research and analysis, coordinating stakeholders, developing decision materials, resolving dependencies, converting broad direction into concrete actions, and independently driving work to completion. This is an intense early-career role emphasizing resourcefulness, judgment, communication, persistence, and rapid learning.

Develops intellectual property strategies supporting licensing, venture creation, industry partnerships, and research commercialization. Evaluates invention disclosures, recommends protection pathways, directs external IP counsel, reviews patent prosecution and portfolio decisions, and monitors filing, maintenance, abandonment, and jurisdictional coverage. The role also builds IP fluency through workshops, educational content, and self-service tools for researchers. Requires strong expertise in patent systems, portfolio management, IP value creation, and commercial judgment across deep-technology sectors.
