Provide direct patient care on med-surg units: administer medications, maintain accurate records, offer emotional support, collaborate with medical team. PRN shifts across Louisiana; must hold LPN license, have one year experience, strong communication, punctuality, and reliable transportation.

Provide bedside nursing care on Med-Surg/Telemetry units on 3x12-hour shifts. Assess patients, implement teaching, use nursing process, coordinate team resources, document care, follow regulations, and maintain patient safety and infection control.

Provide direct med-surg and telemetry nursing care using the nursing process. Assess and teach patients and families, manage and delegate nursing team resources, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, use data to improve outcomes, maintain regulatory compliance, and follow infection control and safety procedures.
