Leads and develops the AI Platform technical program management team while directly owning complex, cross-functional programs. Drives platform roadmaps, resolves technical and organizational dependencies, coordinates integration and deployment readiness, manages external partners, and improves execution through metrics, planning processes, and automation.

Senior Employment Counsel will lead Nuro’s employment law function, advising on employee lifecycle matters, policies, compliance, litigation, investigations, wage and hour issues, international workforce growth, mobility, immigration, privacy, compensation, and employee relations. The role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and partners closely with People, Operations, and business leaders to support a rapidly growing global workforce.

Develop and test safety-critical embedded C software for multicore automotive microcontrollers, including RTOS components, drivers, middleware, bootloaders, actuator interfaces, and fault management. Integrate autonomy software with vehicle platforms using CAN and Ethernet, perform vehicle bring-up and debugging, maintain verification infrastructure, and work within ISO 26262 processes. Collaborate with systems, safety, hardware, controls, autonomy, OEM, and supplier engineering teams.
