Supports Technical Operations leaders by managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, meetings, events, offsites, expense reports, purchase orders, and administrative workflows. The role coordinates cross-functional projects, handles confidential information, reprioritizes rapidly, and provides backup support to executive assistants. Strong executive support experience, Microsoft 365 proficiency, organization, discretion, communication, and judgment are required.

Provides high-level administrative support to Clinical Development leaders by managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, meetings, events, offsites, expenses, purchase orders, and administrative workflows. The role coordinates cross-functional projects, handles confidential information, anticipates executive needs, and supports fellow executive assistants in an onsite, collaborative biotech environment.

Analyzes recruiting data, builds dashboards and executive presentations, audits Greenhouse data, identifies process improvements, maintains recruiting documentation, supports recruiting systems and automation, and provides backup interview scheduling. Partners with Talent Acquisition leadership on workforce planning, org design, hiring strategy, and Board-level reporting.
