Own FP&A and finance business-partner support for Research and G&A, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, accrual close, revenue recognition, financial modeling, and long-range planning. Partner with cross-functional leaders on decision-making, resource allocation, process improvements, automation, and AI tooling. The role requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Leads global clinical development programs from Phase 1 through approval and launch. Provides medical oversight for clinical trials, protocol design, safety and clinical data review, regulatory interactions, CRO and operational oversight, and cross-functional program leadership. Partners with executive, scientific, regulatory, commercial, and technical teams to develop strategy, manage risks, support IND/NDA/MAA activities, and communicate program results to internal and external stakeholders.

The Associate Director will manage the Computer Systems Assurance program, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, leading validation activities, and supporting operational quality within a biotech environment.
