Develop, optimize, and validate antibody bioconjugation chemistries scalable from bench to multi-mg production. Design automation-ready protocols, execute conjugation runs, purify and characterize conjugates (FPLC, TFF, HPLC, LC-MS), write SOPs and technical reports, train automation staff, and collaborate cross-functionally with chemistry, protein biochemistry, computational teams, and CROs/CDMOs.

Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure and operations including cybersecurity operations, end-user services, and ITSM. Consolidate MSPs, build a SOC, align research and scientific computing with IT, manage AWS/HPC/container environments, establish IAM, and improve vendor and service management.

Lead development of analytical workflows for degrader antibody conjugate (DAC) characterization. Design and execute assays (DAR, aggregation, protein quantitation, SEC, HIC, peptide mapping), establish QC thresholds, perform in-depth antibody/DAC characterization (positional isomers, glycosylation, stability), integrate data for go/no-go decisions, and communicate results to cross-functional teams.
