Lead ownership of end-to-end product features and services: design, build, ship, and operate systems (including AI/agent logic). Mentor small teams, make architecture decisions, ensure quality, observability, and responsible handling of health data, and align stakeholders across product, design, data and engineering.

As a Lead Data Engineer, you will design and maintain data platforms, oversee data ingestion pipelines, enforce standards, collaborate on solutions, and ensure best practices in healthcare data operations.

Build, ship, and operate backend services and AI/agent systems for an AI health coach. Own features end-to-end, contribute to architecture, write well-tested observable code, prioritize privacy/security of health data, and collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver production software.
