Provide functional support and maintenance for SAP WM and MM across warehouse operations. Resolve incidents, assist enhancements, perform testing, support RF/mobile transactions, integrate third-party systems, and collaborate with users, developers, and vendors for stable system performance and deployments.

Provide exceptional, personalized customer service, drive sales through product recommendations and upselling, operate POS, maintain store presentation and cleanliness, manage inventory and displays, support product initiatives, and follow store operations, scheduling, and safety procedures.
