Own the company’s accounting function, including general ledger, books, records, internal controls, monthly PNL reconciliation, banking, payroll, invoices, and audit readiness. The Controller will manage US and Canadian payroll through ADP, maintain accounting in Xero, resolve discrepancies with investors and stakeholders, and serve as the primary financial business partner to leadership.

The Quantitative Analyst will drive projects in algorithmic trading, analyze datasets, automate trading systems, and develop predictive quantities, collaborating with colleagues and portfolio managers.

The Quantitative Developer will drive projects in algorithmic trading, design robust C++ applications, automate trading systems, and analyze data to improve investment results.
