Hands-on R&D engineer designing and running experiments/DOEs to mature lab and pilot processes for nonwoven fabrics and adsorbents. Operate pilot spunbond/meltblown/lamination equipment, analyze data to define CQAs and process windows, document findings, manage samples and inventory, and support scale-up toward commercial production.
