Develop and scale MOF deposition, nonwoven, and lamination processes for protective fabrics from bench and pilot stages to commercial production. Run pilot and vendor trials, manage web handling, define process windows and quality controls, design experiments, analyze process capability, troubleshoot defects, and create technology-transfer packages. Support equipment specification, commissioning, qualification, and production-line design while coordinating with research, quality, maintenance, and external manufacturing partners.

Hands-on R&D engineer designing and running experiments/DOEs to mature lab and pilot processes for nonwoven fabrics and adsorbents. Operate pilot spunbond/meltblown/lamination equipment, analyze data to define CQAs and process windows, document findings, manage samples and inventory, and support scale-up toward commercial production.
