Teams at Numa

Own go-to-market strategy and launch readiness for Numa’s AI dealership product suite. Develop positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, target segmentation, sales and customer success enablement, and repeatable launch processes. Partner closely with Product and Engineering, use the product, translate technical AI capabilities for varied audiences, track organizational readiness, and create scripts or automations to improve execution. The role requires strong technical fluency, writing, cross-functional collaboration, and comfort building structure in an evolving environment.

Build and deploy conversational AI systems, production ML models, evaluation frameworks, simulations, CI quality gates, and ML platform tooling. The role includes model serving, LLM infrastructure, observability, and real-time voice or SMS AI applications. Responsibilities also include technical design, code reviews, documentation, mentorship, production ownership, and improving AI development practices across teams.

Own end-to-end product design for major AI-powered dealership software features, from problem framing and exploration through launch and iteration. Partner with Product and Engineering, conduct customer research, design complex workflows, contribute to design systems, and provide critique. The role requires strong product judgment, interaction and visual design skills, customer empathy, autonomy, and comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-moving startup environment.
