Teams at Nuitée

Own and grow a portfolio of approximately 100 directly contracted hotels across Mexico. Manage hotel relationships, pricing, availability, promotions, technical connectivity, booking performance, and issues affecting production. Diagnose performance declines, reduce bookings lost to third-party channels, negotiate improved commercial terms, and potentially source new hotel partners. Collaborate with the LATAM supply team and travel distribution stakeholders.

Build and own Nuitee’s global internal IT function across approximately 350 employees and four international hubs. Assess the existing technology environment, establish IT strategy and standards, implement scalable onboarding, offboarding, access management, device management, and employee support, and strengthen internal security readiness. This hands-on role will also explore AI and automation for IT operations, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the company grows.

Manage Nuitee’s Barcelona office and workplace experience, including facilities, supplies, equipment, access, suppliers, landlords, budgets, events, onboarding support, employee needs, visitor support, records, and health and safety. The role requires independently maintaining a safe, welcoming, efficient office, resolving issues quickly, coordinating providers and internal initiatives, and supporting local HR and administrative processes.
