Own a portfolio of East Coast hotels, set commercial strategy, optimize pricing and promotions, collaborate with hotel revenue managers and GMs, use dashboards to spot opportunities, and drive bookings and performance.

Lead the Connect product group to drive commercial growth by setting product strategy, pricing, packaging, and P&L ownership across APIs, enterprise products, booking, mapping, and data. Work closely with engineering, sales, and customers, take direct ownership of core product (LiteAPI) initially, and build a PM team while prioritizing investments that increase adoption and revenue.

Own partner onboarding from signed contract to first 10 bookings: design SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, coordinate cross-functionally (BDMs, Support, Finance), build and lead an Implementation team, and optimize handover to Client Account Managers.
