Provides direct supervision, security, guidance, and behavioral support for juvenile residents in a post-adjudication facility. Monitors activities, conducts searches and screenings, responds to crises, documents incidents, supports counseling and life-skills programs, coordinates visitation and mail, maintains facility safety and cleanliness, and testifies in court as needed.

Analyzes and monitors complex county departmental budgets, prepares budget projections, proposals, change orders, and financial reports, and ensures compliance with statutes and county policies. Reviews expenditures, revenues, purchase orders, and capital project budgets; investigates discrepancies; supports annual budget preparation; and presents or assists with budget materials for Commissioners Court and government finance organizations.

Provides desktop and help desk support by installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing computer hardware, software, operating systems, peripherals, and network connections. Responds to service tickets, troubleshoots user and connectivity issues, deploys and upgrades workstations, installs network cabling and jacks, documents resolutions, validates repairs, and assists users with technology. The role also performs equipment inventory verification and maintains knowledge of supported Microsoft products and networking technologies.
