The QA Analyst is responsible for designing QA processes, collaborating with teams on testing standards, performing functional and integration testing, and coaching best practices to ensure software quality in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Manage partner-facing support and delivery operations: proactively analyze support channels, run ticketing and scheduling systems, triage and route requests, track deployments and utilization, build self-service documentation, and work with cross-functional teams to drive issues to resolution while improving operational systems and using AI tools for queue management and reporting.

Own delivery relationships with a portfolio of implementation partners, monitor engagement health, surface and resolve escalations, guide partner maturity, coordinate cross-functional responses, and manage partner-facing product/defect communications. Use AI tools to streamline portfolio management and reporting while ensuring customer outcomes and partner delivery quality.
