Own scripting, production, editing, and publishing; run the company podcast and third-party placements; grow social presence; create content for CFOs/RevOps/Sales; analyze performance and iterate using AI-powered marketing tools and analytics; collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to integrate content across channels.

Manage delivery relationships with a portfolio of certified implementation partners, monitor partner engagement health, identify and mitigate risks early, guide partner maturity, own escalations, triage product defects and feature requests, coordinate cross-functionally with CSMs, product, and delivery teams, and use AI tools to streamline portfolio management and partner communications.

The Technical Support Engineer will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with teams, and ensure customer satisfaction with a focus on Salesforce problems and integrations.
