The role also manages project teams by assigning responsibilities, supporting performance planning, providing leadership, and developing future leaders. Experience in Japanese companies and credit card or consumer finance is preferred.

Lead end-to-end software development and delivery projects from initiation through release, managing scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, risks, documentation, and stakeholder expectations. The role also includes team leadership, performance management, mentoring, and adherence to NSSP project-management processes.
