Responsibilities include maintaining privacy governance, conducting risk assessments and audits, managing data processing records, reviewing vendor contracts and consents, coordinating incident remediation, delivering privacy training, monitoring regulatory changes, and ensuring IT systems follow data protection, retention, and destruction requirements.

Leads strategic enterprise customer accounts, managing relationships, onboarding, satisfaction, retention, renewals, expansions, and growth. Oversees account strategy, contract and financial governance, project delivery excellence, profitability, utilization, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and customer advocacy. Serves as the liaison between customers and internal delivery teams while tracking NPS, resolving issues, and ensuring value realization.
