The Process Operations Engineer will operate and optimize carbon capture plants, supporting stable operations, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead process design and support for pilot and large-scale carbon capture plants. Produce calculations, datasheets, PFDs/P&IDs, heat and material balances, equipment sizing, process modelling, vendor reviews, safety inputs (HAZOP/LOPA), and support FEED/EPC projects while overseeing project timelines and stakeholder communication.

Design, model, analyze, fabricate and commission mechanical and structural equipment for carbon capture plants. Produce 2D/3D models, mechanical packages (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, rotating equipment), documentation, vendor reviews, HAZOP contributions, and support FATs and commissioning.
