Lead process engineering for pilot and large-scale carbon capture plants: design calculations, PFDs/P&IDs, heat and material balances, equipment sizing/specification, process modelling, safety reviews (HAZOP/LOPA), vendor review, FEED/EPC support, and project delivery oversight.

Design, select and commission mechanical equipment and structures for carbon capture plants. Perform 3D/2D modelling, mechanical analysis (FEA), piping stress analysis, and produce mechanical packages (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, rotating equipment). Create technical documentation, review vendor packages, support HAZOPs, FATs, commissioning and start-up. Interface with multidisciplinary teams and manage mechanical deliverables from concept to field deployment.

The Process Operations Engineer will operate and optimize carbon capture plants, supporting stable operations, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
