Lead and execute risk‑based internal audits focused on data center environments; manage audit teams, coordinate with external auditors, produce reports, monitor remediation, ensure regulatory/compliance assurance, and present findings to senior leadership and audit committee.

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues; install, configure and maintain end-user devices; monitor network and server alerts; document and track incidents in a ticketing system; coordinate with vendors and carriers; execute service/change requests and recommend process improvements. Role requires bilingual Japanese/English and shift flexibility.

Lead and support account-based marketing strategies for select high-value accounts: research targets, design personalized campaigns and content, collaborate with sales and product, use CRM and marketing automation to track performance, coordinate events, and measure ABM success to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
