Leads strategic internal programs and related projects across Asia Pacific, overseeing scope, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, quality, documentation, and stakeholder alignment. Directs project management methodologies and standards while mentoring teams, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership, communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, business acumen, and experience managing full project lifecycles in a global matrixed organization.
