Analyzes credit and financial risks for national and multinational customers. Evaluates financial statements, payment capacity, credit limits, terms, and guarantees; prepares technical recommendations; monitors portfolio exposure, concentration, maturities, and customer deterioration. Supports bank guarantee quotations, financial institution relationships, periodic portfolio reviews, and monitoring of market events, judicial recoveries, protests, and other credit-risk indicators.

Supports Inside Sales and Supply Chain Operations by managing incoming demands, critical escalations, commercial and pricing policies, performance indicators, continuous improvement, process automation, training, governance, and cross-functional initiatives. The role requires advanced Sales Operations and Quote-to-Cash knowledge, pricing and margin expertise, ERP and CRM proficiency, data analysis, process transformation experience, and advanced English for global collaboration.

Entry-level networking systems integration engineer who supports configurations, installations, troubleshooting, break/fix incidents, and problem management for less complex networking deployments. Works with implementation and senior engineering teams to meet client requirements, develops networking and project administration skills, and pursues associate-level certifications. Requires foundational knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, SDI distribution, diagnosis, and technical implementation.
