Provide L2 remote technical support: diagnose and resolve incidents, execute maintenance, monitor SLAs, update ticketing systems and knowledge articles, escalate when needed, and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure service restoration and problem prevention.

Lead client engagements to recommend and integrate technology-driven business transformations. Facilitate C-suite workshops, craft proposals and presentations, analyze IT and business issues, coordinate solution implementation, mentor junior consultants, and stay current with industry trends to drive strategic improvements and operational optimization.

Provide first-line support for clients' collaboration, contact centre and voice systems. Monitor private and public cloud infrastructure, triage and resolve incidents, perform approved maintenance (patching/configuration), and deliver phone/chat support. Create and update knowledge articles, suggest process improvements and automation, ensure accurate case documentation, and maintain service level agreements while collaborating across shifts and cultures to deliver a positive client experience.
