Implements and supports client technology solutions across networking, collaboration, data center, security, customer experience, and end-user computing. Responsibilities include installations, configuration, troubleshooting, break/fix resolution, incident escalation, operational documentation, project administration, stakeholder feedback, and customer presentations. The role requires moderate implementation experience, client engagement skills, and networking expertise in routing, switching, wireless, diagnosis, and troubleshooting, with additional collaboration or security capabilities advantageous.

Leads complex technology consulting engagements, architecting multi-technology infrastructure and next-generation platforms. Develops client roadmaps, business cases, transformation strategies, and change programs; evaluates existing architectures and identifies improvements. Supports presales, solution sales, proposals, consulting practice development, and stakeholder engagement. Serves as a subject matter expert, mentors consultants, and advances enterprise architecture methods and infrastructure design best practices.
