Duties include electrical design, power system modeling, field data collection, testing, calculations, construction observation, commissioning support, and technical documentation. This seasonal on-site internship combines office and field experience and requires travel to job sites, reliable transportation, and the ability to work safely on construction sites.

Designs and manages utility-scale renewable energy, BESS, EV charging, substation, and electrical power projects. Responsibilities include engineering studies, equipment sizing, drawings, specifications, proposals, estimates, project metrics, client coordination, field support, and mentoring engineers. The role also develops renewable energy expertise, project standards, operating procedures, and client relationships while traveling to customer and construction sites across Michigan.

Lead and grow an electrical engineering division focused on utility-scale renewables and major private-sector projects (BESS, solar, substations). Serve as client lead, manage project financials and technical delivery, provide senior technical guidance, support business development, recruit and mentor staff, conduct site visits, and ensure QA/QC and regulatory compliance.
