Provide technical leadership on air quality and environmental permitting/compliance projects: prepare and review permits, reports, emissions calculations, perform QA/QC, coordinate with clients and regulators, mentor staff, develop proposals and business strategies, and support field work and site visits.

Design, layout, and draft electrical power systems (distribution, substations, control panels); develop CAD/BIM standards and templates; visit sites (~15% travel); mentor juniors; coordinate multidisciplinary designs and ensure constructability and compliance with utility/industrial electrical standards.

Lead and grow an electrical engineering division focused on utility-scale renewables and major private-sector projects (BESS, solar, substations). Serve as client lead, manage project financials and technical delivery, provide senior technical guidance, support business development, recruit and mentor staff, conduct site visits, and ensure QA/QC and regulatory compliance.

Engineer and manage electrical power projects from proposal through execution: design distribution/substation/renewables, perform load-flow/short-circuit/arc-flash/protection analyses, prepare specifications and drawings, bid and track projects, travel to sites, mentor staff, and develop the new Electrical Power & Utilities division.

Lead and execute electrical design and project management for utility-scale solar PV, BESS, EV charging, and related power projects. Prepare designs, specifications, proposals, cost estimates, and engineering studies (load flow, short circuit, protection coordination, arc flash, grounding). Manage client relationships, mentor staff, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, track project metrics, and provide field support and construction oversight. Help build the new Electrical Power & Utilities Division.
