The company was founded in 2004 as CTX Marketing and rebranded as NSYGHT in 2012. For more than two decades we have focused on one thing: building the search foundation that turns local searches into phone calls, booked jobs, and new clients. Our work follows the NSYGHT Stack, a four-layer framework built for how search works today. SEO comes first, building rankings and authority. GEO (generative engine optimization) gets businesses cited in AI-generated answers. AEO (answer engine optimization) wins featured snippets and direct answers. AIO (AI optimization) ties it together into a complete presence across every AI search platform. We believe the foundation has to come first, because AI tools rely on the same signals that drive strong local SEO. NSYGHT is founder-led. Don Phelps, a military veteran with more than 20 years of hands-on SEO experience and host of the Local SEO Unlocked podcast, is directly involved in client strategy. We run the business on a few simple principles. Every engagement is month to month, with no long-term contracts. Paid ad management is a flat fee, never a percentage of ad spend.
