Provide advisory and engineering support to electric cooperatives for smart grid roadmaps, system studies, DG interconnection, reliability and modernization planning, and project delivery. Lead discovery with stakeholders, develop study scopes and mitigation recommendations, produce technical deliverables, and support implementation and owner's engineer activities while improving repeatable service offerings.
