Manages end-to-end sourcing, tendering, supplier engagement, commercial analysis, contract administration, and purchase-to-pay activities. The role analyzes spend, pricing, demand, and supplier performance to identify savings and operational improvements, while supporting procurement governance, compliance, stakeholder relationships, supplier onboarding, and continuous process improvement. This is a hybrid position based across SIXT Australia’s Sydney offices and home working.

Provides proactive administrative and coordination support to two General Managers in the Membership team. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, agendas and minutes, leadership papers, reporting, project tracking, events, planning, travel arrangements, expenses, purchase orders, vendor liaison, document management, and confidential administrative support.

Handle guest and partner reservations inquiries through phone and email, convert bookings, provide high-quality guest service, maintain accurate reservation records and manifests, complete daily tasks, and compile management reports. The role requires strong communication, organization, prioritization, and sales follow-up skills in a fast-paced travel environment.
