Provides leadership and coaching to Project Managers, partners with operational teams and stakeholders, conducts site visits, and delivers projects safely with minimal guest disruption. Identifies opportunities to improve assets, enhance guest experiences, and support portfolio growth.

Convert reservations enquiries into bookings through professional guest and partner communication. Respond to calls and emails, provide accurate product information, follow up on leads, complete reservations-system data entry, manage daily tasks, maintain manifests, and compile management reports. The role emphasizes guest experience, sales conversion, attention to detail, prioritization, and effective independent and team-based execution.

Drive new business growth and manage an existing SME customer portfolio across Queensland. Responsibilities include prospecting, networking, converting opportunities, maintaining the sales pipeline, conducting customer meetings and account reviews, growing retention and revenue, collaborating with branch teams, updating CRM records, and achieving sales targets. This permanent hybrid role is based in Brisbane or the Gold Coast and includes regular customer travel.
