NRG Media seeks full- and part-time on-air and programming talent to create, produce and execute entertaining local radio content, engage audiences on social platforms, support promotions and appearances, collaborate with sales on sponsorships/events, and enforce FCC and company policies.

Sell radio and digital advertising, manage accounts and develop new business. Prospect for new clients, build marketing campaigns to meet client needs, track sales KPIs, and manage multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships.

Represent local radio stations to develop and implement marketing and advertising solutions. Proactively build new client relationships, maintain and grow accounts, coordinate production needs with staff, and meet clients at their locations using personal transportation.

Sell multimedia marketing solutions (radio, events, digital) to local businesses. Combine new business development and account management, create targeted campaigns, meet prospecting metrics, and build long-term client relationships.

Develop, produce, and execute entertaining on-air radio programming; perform appearances, promotions, and station events; collaborate with sales on sponsorships and revenue-driving ideas; manage social/digital presence; enforce FCC and company policies; engage with local communities.
