Manage core people operations across the employee lifecycle, including payroll, benefits, leave administration, HR systems, records, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, performance processes, and staff relations. Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, coordinate with Finance, Legal, and external vendors, maintain policies and documentation, and support consistent, compliant HR practices.

Leads CACF’s fundraising and communications strategy, including institutional and individual giving, major gifts, grants, events, campaigns, donor stewardship, and philanthropic partnerships. Partners with senior leaders and the Board on donor cultivation and solicitation, builds development systems and reporting dashboards, manages communications and marketing initiatives, and supervises staff and consultants. The role also oversees annual gala fundraising, organizational campaigns, budgets, KPIs, and long-term fundraising growth.

Leads strategic institutional fundraising for a portfolio of foundations and funders, targeting $1.7M annually. Develops cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and acquisition strategies; builds executive and program partnerships; manages complex funder relationships; leads proposals and presentations; analyzes philanthropic trends; and advances organizational fundraising effectiveness. The role is remote, union-represented, and requires up to 15% domestic travel.
