Provide on-site HR support including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training, compliance, headcount tracking, staffing partner management, basic HR reporting, and management coaching.

Create and revise engineering drawings and BOMs, maintain MIE Trak and document control, spec and track hardware, support shop-floor CAD issues, maintain SOPs/WIs, track critical inventory and process flow, prioritize multiple projects, enforce safety and 7S, and perform other assigned tasks.

Lead and supervise receiving associates, oversee inspection and documentation of incoming shipments, perform hands-on receiving tasks, train staff, enforce safety and compliance, suggest process improvements, and maintain reporting.
