Research and prioritize strategic enterprise accounts, identify buying committees, develop personalized multichannel outreach, generate qualified sales conversations, and create new opportunities. The role partners with sales, marketing, client engagement, RevOps, and Bain teams; maintains accurate HubSpot records; prepares account briefs and value hypotheses; engages senior stakeholders; and captures market intelligence to improve commercial messaging and pipeline generation.

Develop and optimize Databricks, Python or PySpark, and SQL data pipelines; build Tableau dashboards; prepare and analyze survey and customer data; support benchmarking research and subscription customers; and assist with AI/ML-driven data automation. The role also involves generating custom data cuts, translating technical findings into stakeholder-ready insights, documenting reusable processes, and collaborating on scalable product operations workflows.

Build client-ready dashboards, conduct large-scale data analysis, design data workflows and analytical queries, and apply statistical techniques including regression, sentiment, fraud, and time-series analysis. The role communicates insights to product teams, supports quality control and complex client workstreams, and provides ongoing customer data support. Responsibilities also include optimizing data processes and contributing to automated pipelines and product feature development.
