Teams at NPS Prism

Analyze customer experience datasets, generate actionable insights, and translate complex findings into compelling client presentations. Support client onboarding, engagement, training, data refreshes, and request management for the NPS Prism platform. Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Bain consulting teams, and clients to drive platform adoption and strategic decision-making. The role requires strong analytical, communication, presentation, and client relationship skills, along with proficiency in Excel and Tableau or similar tools.

Analyze large-scale data, build client-ready dashboards, design data workflows and analytical queries, and apply statistical techniques such as regression, sentiment, fraud, and time-series analysis. The role supports product development, data quality, customer questions, and complex problem-solving while communicating clear insights to product teams and clients.

Own the Brazil Banking research instrument, including questionnaire design, testing, rotation logic, versioning, maintenance, and success metrics. Lead analytics, primary research, and AI-enabled product development while managing strategy and roadmap decisions. Translate customer needs into requirements, prioritize opportunities, and collaborate with engineering, data science, commercial, and operations teams. Ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across geographies.
