Edits and produces visual journalism for NPR’s investigations, long-form podcasts, and digital platforms. Commissions and edits photography and illustrations, researches and licenses images, manages captions and credits, coordinates with photographers, vendors, member stations, and content partners, and develops visual stories for social platforms and The Picture Show blog. Provides editorial guidance, handles multiple projects under tight deadlines, and upholds copyright, ethical journalism, and visual storytelling standards.

Leads NPR’s DEIA programs and strategic initiatives from concept through evaluation. Responsibilities include project planning, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder and vendor management, event and convening logistics, ERG support, DEI learning design and facilitation, resource development, budget tracking, risk management, and program measurement. The role partners closely with the VP of DEI and coordinates with internal departments and external organizations to deliver sustainable, measurable inclusion programs.

Manage, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot physical and virtualized data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, hypervisors, and private cloud platforms. Responsibilities include hardware build-outs, architecture testing, capacity planning, change management, security compliance, workflow analysis, documentation, incident escalation, and on-call support. The role requires collaboration with infrastructure and security teams to maintain highly available and resilient systems.
