Manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, email, networks, datacenters, SANs, physical and virtual servers, and Windows and Linux environments. Troubleshoot hardware and software, administer VMware vSphere, maintain infrastructure documentation, support security and compliance, lead IT projects, manage vendors, and provide employee support. Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and design and implement infrastructure solutions.

Develop marketing strategies and advertising solutions for clients, generate new business and non-traditional revenue, communicate with clients, and manage media sales activities. The role requires bilingual communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle insurance, and successful completion of background and drug screening.

Generate revenue by selling television airtime, website advertising, and digital media products to local advertisers. The Account Executive develops new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client needs assessments; manages customer relationships, negotiates contracts, prepares presentations, and completes sales reporting. The role requires client travel, strong communication and organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, and insurance. Media sales experience is preferred but not required.
