Manage new and strategic enterprise accounts across the Benelux, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and expansion. Build pipeline, exceed revenue targets, develop executive relationships, translate cybersecurity challenges into business value, and manage forecasts and opportunities in Salesforce. Collaborate with partners, systems engineers, marketing, customer success, and international teams while supporting enterprise cybersecurity sales involving OT, IoT, and critical infrastructure.

Provides post-sales technical support for OT and IoT cybersecurity products, troubleshooting customer issues, reproducing problems in a lab, supporting infrastructure design and deployments, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams. The role also develops knowledge-base content, supports critical accounts, and maintains expertise in security appliances, Unix systems, networking, virtualization, APIs, FreeBSD, PostgreSQL, and ICS security.

Owns the FedRAMP-authorized AWS GovCloud environment, ensuring reliability, security, compliance, patching, vulnerability remediation, continuous monitoring, deployments, hardening, audits, incident response, and on-call support. The role requires hands-on Kubernetes, AWS, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, vulnerability management, automation, and regulated-environment experience, while collaborating with SRE and security teams.
