Lead and oversee Professional Services engagements across MEA, managing project planning, execution, governance, risks, budgets, training coordination, stakeholder communications, and delivery acceptance. Act as primary customer contact, collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support and Delivery teams, track billing milestones, and contribute to process and tooling improvements to drive customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Design and implement features for the Vantage cloud solution, support team processes, reduce tech debt, and take ownership of user-facing features.

Develop and architect Salesforce solutions, integrating with external systems and enforcing best practices, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
