Provides approximately three months of full-cycle recruiting support during increased hiring activity. Manages requisitions, partners with hiring managers, sources and screens candidates, coordinates interviews, supports offers, maintains applicant tracking system records, and identifies pipeline or process improvements. The role requires independent work, strong prioritization, effective communication, and the ability to quickly adapt to established recruiting processes.

Owns enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, long-range planning, three-statement modeling, cash-flow forecasting, and liquidity analysis. Partners with business units, functional leaders, Treasury, and executives to analyze performance, manage expenses, improve profitability, and support strategic investments. Prepares Board and Executive Leadership Team reporting, maintains planning systems, improves reporting processes, and mentors finance team members.

Leads architecture and hands-on development for scalable, secure cloud products. Translates product requirements into technical design documents, evaluates trade-offs, estimates work, and guides Scrum teams in breaking designs into actionable stories. Develops production code using Java and Kotlin, contributes across Angular-based applications, mentors engineers through reviews and pairing, and establishes engineering best practices. The role also involves designing AWS microservices and working with relational and NoSQL databases.
