Leads Nox Health’s global People strategy and operations, partnering with executives on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent, leadership development, employee experience, change management, HR systems, total rewards, compliance, employee relations, analytics, and risk management. Builds and scales People processes, oversees benefits and vendors, advises on organizational decisions, and leads and develops the People team.

Leads architecture and hands-on development for scalable, secure cloud products. Translates product requirements into technical design documents, evaluates trade-offs, estimates work, and guides Scrum teams in breaking designs into actionable stories. Develops production code using Java and Kotlin, contributes across Angular-based applications, mentors engineers through reviews and pairing, and establishes engineering best practices. The role also involves designing AWS microservices and working with relational and NoSQL databases.

Owns product value delivery for the Nox Cloud SaaS platform and clinical workflows. Responsibilities include translating strategy into prioritized backlogs, defining requirements, accepting features, managing metrics, coordinating Agile ceremonies, maintaining product documentation, ensuring quality and compliance, monitoring performance and data quality, and collaborating with engineering, product, marketing, operations, support, and customers.
