Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, and management reports. Oversees loan portfolio accounting, interest and fee revenue recognition, allowance for credit losses, month-end close, internal controls, and audit support under IFRS. Partners with finance, loan operations, technology, product, and operations teams while identifying process improvements and supporting accounting system upgrades.

Prospect and qualify new B2B leads, acquire accounts, schedule meetings, maintain sales pipelines, and track activities in company systems. Build relationships with prospects and customers, meet sales quotas, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver client needs on schedule. Develop monthly and quarterly sales objectives while managing senior-executive relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.

Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using NodeJS, NestJS, and JavaScript. Design reliable cloud-based solutions with AWS and GCP, collaborate with engineering teams, and manage MySQL and PostgreSQL databases for performance and data integrity. Apply software engineering best practices and contribute to CI/CD process improvements.
