Supervise clinical services and support store operations in an optical retail location. Train and coach Doctor’s Technicians on diagnostic pre-testing, digital refraction, contact lens care, clinical protocols, HIPAA compliance, and patient service. Support sales and revenue goals, resolve customer issues, maintain patient records and contact lens inventory, ensure clinical standards, and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

Assist optical retail customers with eyewear selection, prescriptions, purchases, complaints, and order fulfillment. Meet sales goals while providing excellent patient service, maintaining store and lab standards, performing basic eyewear repairs, assembling lenses into frames, edging stock lenses, and monitoring delivery commitments. The role also requires housekeeping, safety compliance, teamwork, schedule flexibility, and communication with diverse customers.

Provides customer service and sales support in a retail optical store. Greets customers, assesses eyewear needs, recommends products within budget, resolves complaints, meets sales goals, and maintains brand and safety standards. Performs basic optical repairs, lens assembly, edging, order tracking, and delivery coordination while ensuring accurate and timely customer orders.
