Lead store recruiting, training and day-to-day retail operations; partner with Clinical Services and Support Center; analyze performance reports; perform simple optical lab tasks (repairs, lens assembly/edging); ensure brand standards, on-time deliveries, and high customer experience.

Manage and coach store clinical team to deliver patient care and meet clinical and sales goals. Supervise diagnostic testing, contact lens procedures, training, HIPAA-compliant records, inventory, and daily store operations as Manager on Duty.

Supervise and coach store clinical staff to deliver quality eye care and patient service, ensure clinical protocols and HIPAA-compliant records, drive sales and store performance, train technicians on diagnostics and contact lens procedures, and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
