Provides administrative support for a warehouse-based support center, including daily reporting, supply ordering, facilities coordination, safety process verification, HR assistance, vendor coordination, employee engagement activities, documentation, and small projects. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, computer skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Bilingual English/Spanish skills and Microsoft Office proficiency are required.

Generates leads, identifies customer needs, presents products and services, develops client relationships, negotiates and closes sales, and provides customer service before and after the sale while meeting sales targets.

Leads CRM, lifecycle, retention, reactivation, and win-back marketing across email, SMS, phone, and engagement platforms. Owns customer segmentation, campaign execution, transactional communications, voice-of-customer programs, satisfaction metrics, call center performance, analytics, compliance, and consent governance. Develops retention strategies, manages marketing technology and vendors, integrates AI initiatives, and leads managers across call center, patient experience, and customer marketing functions.
