Provide excellent customer service in a retail optical store: greet customers, assess eyewear needs, recommend products, meet sales goals, resolve complaints, perform basic lab tasks (assemble and edge lenses), maintain brand and safety standards, and support store operations.

Supervise and coach store clinical staff to deliver quality patient care, ensure HIPAA-compliant recordkeeping, execute clinical protocols (pre-testing, refraction, contact lens care), drive sales, train technicians, maintain inventory and brand standards, and act as Manager on Duty to meet operational goals.

Greet and assist patients/customers to select eyewear, troubleshoot prescriptions, resolve complaints, meet sales goals, perform basic lab tasks (assemble/edge lenses), maintain brand and safety standards, track deliveries, and perform store housekeeping.
