Manage daily store operations while delivering outstanding customer service and meeting sales goals. Greet customers, resolve complaints, maintain brand and safety standards, perform basic housekeeping, and support team development.

Supervise and coach store clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care, enforce clinical and HIPAA standards, drive store sales and revenue goals, train technicians on testing and contact lens procedures, and act as Manager on Duty supporting operational objectives.

Lead store sales efforts and coach associates to meet personal and store goals. Support Brand Manager as manager-on-duty, recruit and train staff, partner with Clinical and Lab teams, analyze sales reports, ensure lab production and on-time deliveries, perform simple repairs and lens assembly, and uphold brand standards.
