Account Executive responsible for generating new business, executing sales plans, managing the full sales cycle, and building customer relationships across multiple industries. The role targets final-mile and expedited delivery customers in the Indiana market, includes in-person client visits, tracks sales performance, and collaborates with operations and logistics to support service delivery. The position requires five years of sales experience, strong local connections, business development expertise, and effective communication and networking skills.

Supports fleet safety and regulatory compliance by monitoring driver HOS and ELD records, reviewing camera events, conducting coaching, inspecting vehicles and facilities, maintaining compliance documentation, supporting DOT audits, and assisting with driver onboarding and training. The role tracks safety metrics, investigates incidents, coordinates corrective actions, and promotes safe driving and workplace practices. It is primarily onsite and may require occasional work beyond standard hours or on weekends.

Manages the company’s HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, investigations, compliance, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, FMLA, training, engagement, and retention initiatives. Processes bi-weekly payroll through NetSuite, maintains regulatory records, supports employees and managers, coordinates benefits and retirement plans, and partners with legal counsel on employment matters.
