Manage and mentor junior staff while planning, activating, QA-ing, and optimizing performance digital campaigns across programmatic, social, and retail channels. Oversee daily operations, vendor relationships, reporting, client communication, and process improvements. Support pitches and collaborate on tools and workflow enhancements to drive campaign performance.
