Rotate through departments to learn operations, support senior management, prepare weekly reports, attend meetings and workshops, analyze performance, recommend and implement procedures to improve profitability, and travel between offices as required.

Develop and maintain credit portfolio models (PD, application and behavioural scores) for credit cards. Support model deployment, monitoring, MI and analytic tasks. Collaborate with modellers, deployment and strategy teams to assess model performance and produce actionable commentary. Build skills in statistical modelling and programming within a regulated financial environment.

The Fraud Data Analyst will oversee fraud strategy through data analytics for credit card portfolios, develop fraud prevention infrastructure, and manage risk indicators while collaborating with various teams to enhance process documentation and customer experience.
