Provides frontline customer service, account assistance, billing support, and basic technical troubleshooting for fiber internet, Wi-Fi, and customer-premise equipment. Uses network-management tools to diagnose issues, perform approved remote fixes, identify outages, document interactions, and escalate complex problems to Tier 2 or field support. Maintains accurate tickets and account records, communicates technical information clearly, follows support procedures, and identifies recurring service trends.
