Staff Accountant supporting corporate accounting, CAPEX and fixed asset management, budget-to-actual variance reporting, vendor and contractor financial oversight, GL coding governance, month-end close, accruals, reconciliations, accounts receivable research, and revenue audits. The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and experience with accounting, FP&A, project accounting, or fixed assets.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will conduct door-to-door sales, promote broadband services, and meet sales targets while building customer relationships.

Provides frontline customer service, account assistance, billing support, and basic technical troubleshooting for fiber internet, Wi-Fi, and customer-premise equipment. Uses network-management tools to diagnose issues, perform approved remote fixes, identify outages, document interactions, and escalate complex problems to Tier 2 or field support. Maintains accurate tickets and account records, communicates technical information clearly, follows support procedures, and identifies recurring service trends.
